Off the Vent! What wonderful news. I am so happy to hear Katie is making progress. It is so nice to be saying prayers of thanksgiving along with requests for continued care and healing. Thank you so much Lord!

Harry, I printed your poem to take with me. I spoke with Janet tonight and she wasn't sure she would be able to log on and see this thread.

Janet said Katie is still doing well. She had a couple of espisodes of rapid heart rate that lasted a minute or so and then went back to normal. All in all, things are going very well. Janet sounds very happy, tired, relatively calm and, of course, worried as we all are. She said the nurse that was on duty just after surgery was on duty again today and said Katie looks really great.

I will post on Sunday when I get back. Hopefully I will gave a picture or two to share.

Heh...talk about ironic ... Mr Road Trip can't make a trip up to Michigan this weekend....too many things going on before "going back to work" on Monday . Aye.

I was gone all day for Andrew's follow up and had to check 1st thing how Katie was doing. What joy! Thank you Jesus! I am just SO encouraged!
