Niki, I'm glad you got a chance to try the Wii Fit. It's fun! I also realized that you have a future weight-loss plan you're working on. When you become a Mommy you won't have time to eat! (Or go to the bathroom, or shower, or comb your hair!
I just found out that Nathan's sister found a Wii Fit for us and it's on it's way!
Should be here Friday, we think. And as for the other wait-loss plan, I don't think it will work too well. I found that when I was taking care of my nephew I ate a lot worse foods because it was just easier (fast food, high sodium, etc.). Hopefully I can get a routine down that can include eating healthy...

I had a good day yesterday and managed a 1hour walk with both our dogs pulling my arm off....thats the most exercise I have done in ages and even though they pulled on the leash a bit the doggies were mostly well behaved so I think I will try again today...

....Ok losers...I have no idea what the scales will say this week but I have just completed my second consecutive day of walking three miles...It seem to help curb the after dinner munchies.....12 days now with no nicotine gum....it's a real bitch sometimes.....after I kick this addiction there is only one more that controls ChimpBoy and I ain't giving that up..........clean it up.....I'm talking CHOCOLATE

Cooker...Dark Chocolate has been in the news abit lately and its good news!...I dont remember the details except that it is good for your heart...(unfortunately only in small doses though)...I raced out and got some dark chocolate chips and put them in a zip-lock bag in the freezer...my treat is a small handful of choc-chips daily, about as much as two 1 inch squares of choccy.... YUM YUM!!....I went for regular sugar-free chewy when I quit smoking...that way I didnt then have to wean off the nicotine gum. The walking is a good idea too, gives you something to do while waiting for the urge to pass...
