Cooker: You are a phenom -- a lean, mean fightin' machine! Congrats!

Thanks Bob....My goal was to be at or below 200 by December 1st.....LOL....It took three months longer than I wanted but maybe I have made some lifestyle changes that will be life long.....Slow and steady, slow and steady.....

Woo-hoo! You go, Cooker!!! :D Wish I could report so much success. You're an inspiration. I REALLY need to get back to exercising. I think that's been my biggest downfall. Keep up the great work!

WTG. You got there before me even though you started out after me.

I've been wanting so badly to get under 200 again. But wanting is not much help since I've been struggling with the doing part of the equation.

Last time I was under 200 was a couple months before my AVR. In 1991 that was. I've been carrying this baggage around for 17 years.

Hooray, Cooker!!! Fantastic!!

Sorry I'm just not around much. Hard to hobble down the stupid stairs to this computer and the main floor one is off limits (I really almost killed it and all hubby's important stuff is on it so I"ve been banished!!) Knee somewhat better but I've been told to rest it 2 more weeks!!! Really watching what I eat. Having 2 breakfasts and then a meager dinner. WHo knows, with not exercising, I find I'm not as hungry anyway!!

PJ, you and your daughter are doing wonderfully!

Everyone else....let's all just keep our heads in the game! We are definitely turning into a big bunch of LOSERS!!! :p ;)

Happy March!

The average male chimp weighs 90 to 110 pounds. You don't think our Cooker wants to break the 100 pound barrier, do you? :p :p :p

As for me, I would be thrilled to break the 250-pound barrier. That would be about my old football playing weight.

5'10''....so I need to lose more...My ideal weight (for me) is between 170 and 175.....I'm guessing 4 to 6 months at current pace.

Looks like we are heading for a record-breaking week here...

Hurry up and roll on Friday morning so we can all brag about our lost pounds before they find us again :D

Ok you bunch of losers, stay the samers or gainers tomorrow we hop up on the scales and report in?.I hope everyone has had a good week and that we will have some impressive reports?..I know the weather has been bad and many of you have not been able to get out to walk, run etc. but spring is right around the corner so dust off those sneakers and hit the road?..I walk at the mall in the morning (God that sounds so old:eek: ) so I have no excuse not to.... Some of you get out and run, walk, bike in all kinds of weather and I applaud you?I would not.

I would also like to again say that there is a standing invitation to anyone who wants to join this merry band of overstuffed misfits:D ?..We have a great amount of fun and are making health improvements along the way?..All are welcome!!! And thanks to Hank and Ross for allowing us to continue. ? I love this site and it?s people (most;) ) and I realize that at times this thread seems to have nothing to do with the heart but I also know that laughter and getting in better shape can only add to our wellbeing?..Peace
