Cooker's Throwdown Friday III -- 8-13-10

Okay, merry band of Throwdowners, Superbob is opening a new week of jolly weigh-ins.

Superbob has been nowhere near a set of scales recently, and wonders what the effect of pancake accumulation plus visits to Sonic and Brusters ice cream and the like to please young appetites will be. At least Superbob has resisted the urge to visit the Krispy Kreme beach factory, but the flesh is weakening.

Anyway, Superbob will weigh in tomorrow -- or not. Meanwhile, hope all's going well for all.

I'd like to chime in and say Best wishes and Hope you're doing well to Laurie, the Throwdown's very own Agilitydog.:smile2:

Since she underwent VR surgery yesterday, I calculate that she is well on her way to shedding oodles, and oodles of weight today.:thumbup:

What a crappy way to lose the weight! I vote we make her our biggest loser of the week, no matter what the rest of us do.:smile2:

Well, I must say everything that's going on is making my head spin, and I think I am going to take a break from heart forums for a while. I don't think I really have anything to contribute anymore.
