Update

Well, he got a third interview which is tomorrow. It sounds like an offer pending interview to me because they will be touring the property he will be managing if he gets the job. It is really looking good so thank you for all your good thoughts and prayers.

I will let you know what happens tomorrow.

I just now heard from my brother - we are both night owls and he was at his son's football game (and subsequent party).

He was offered the job today. There are still a few things to iron out but it is looking very, very good.

Thank you all so very much. I have no doubt all the prayers and good wishes had a tremendous impact on the outcome.
