Tornado in Sherry's hometown

Well, it's 5:21 and we're getting pelted with MORE rain. I'm having visions of sailing away in an ark right now. You too, Mary? We also have another round of tornado warnings in our county right now, but I truly believe after looking at the line on T.V. that it's going to head up in the northern part of the county. I did hear on t.v. though how there was a school bus that was stuck out in the county in a parking lot (with kids on it) and couldn't go anywhere because there were downed electrical lines on the roads. Why the schools didn't cancel up here, I'll never know. My superintendent in KY had the foresight to call off, which was a smart move. I tell you though, the people who were hit so hard last week have got to be going through some post-traumatic stress right now.

Ann, I think you're right. This has not been a normal weather year.

Holy SH*T (sorry but this word just applies right now) - I just brought up the doppler radar and there is a wall of red heading right this way. I am very happy I have a basement. Sherry, it looks like you are really getting battered right now so stay safe.

Looks like another sleepless night. I don't like cold weather but, right now, I am praying for snow.
