we are all going to have days like that ... I'm trying to get out and walk now ... got a little devil on one shoulder and a little angel on the other ... it's hard, I'm so tired this morning ... another cup and maybe I can push myself out the door:redface2:
Monday -- 15 min walk
Tuesday -- 20 min walk
Yesterday -- Cut the grass in our back yard w/the weedeater.
Today -- Hitting the stores for some shopping --- quite a bit of walking involved!
OOps, missed my friday trip to the gym:redface2:.....something else came up. It is easy for things too come up that cause me to miss a workout:rolleyes2:. Oh well, I'll get back on track sunday:angel:.
