thanks, Hank. super jobd, super site. thank you for all you have done for all of us, but at the moment, thanks for what you are doing for our dear Ross.

Mary, you have any updates?
No, I didn't call because I'm hoping Ross will be home today. If he doesn't appear at some point to say "Hi" himself, I will call him in the morning.
I imagine that his mouth is really sore--AGAIN!--and he's weak as a kitten. But maybe he will be able to post a little message.:)

He's been in my thoughts lots, too, as well as gnusgal, but I haven't posted either place. I have been popping in to check up on updates re Ross, though, and willl continue to do so.

Poor babe (Ross that is, I balance myself with reading the happy stuff from gnusgal )!!!

My goodness. I've been off line for over a week because I've been really sick and not able to do anything. I hadn't even felt like being on the computer for even a few mintues. I had no idea that Ross was back in the hospital. I'm so sorry to hear that news. Mary, be sure to tell him he is in my prayers.

Hank and Mary, Thank you! Do let Ross know we're thinking and praying for him. Glenda, Sorry you've been so sick! Hope your strength and energy return quickly. Your valve bro, Brian

Ann, Hank,& Marythanks for the updates, you are so right,we need to give him a chance to rest and heal.and I'm sure Lyn needs some rest also as soon as he is up for it I'm sure he will be back to harassing us in his sweet lovable way,( but sshh don't tell I said that!!!) lots of prayers and love being sent your way Ross.

Special thanks to Hank for letting all of us know
of Ross's needs and letting us know what's going
on with him. Thanks Debbie

are prayers are with you! Debbie :)

Hello everyone, I'm home again, hopefully for good this time.

They went back in and went straight into the socket causing the problem. Seems the whatever they packed the socket with originally, tilted sideways and wasn't doing it's job and infecting. Repacked it with gel foam and restitched yet again. So far so good. Stop the lovenox altogether and take only Coumadin.

They gave me 2 units of plasma again and a Iron transfusion. They didn't want to give the blood and push clotting of my valve, so there making my body be in charge of cell replacement. I'm very tired, weak, just not with it yet.

I called my damn insurance company before going anywhere and asked the nurse on call what I should do and she said to go back to Mercy and if anything was said to tell them that it was an emergency and Mercy was closer. When I called Aultmans ER, they told me that there was nothing they could do for me, that I'd have to return to my dentist to have it taken care of, so to me, it looked pretty clear that returning to Mercy was the right thing to do, but I know right now just by how many times the financial councilor showed up that I'm going to have a fight on my hands shortly.

I have a ton of notifications from the forums, so if someones problem isn't addressed by Hank or Michelle before I get back in the saddle, it will be soon. I'm just not able to concentrate longer then a minute on things right now, so I'm not going to try and make judgment calls or go fixing things right now.

Thank you all for your prayers, contributions, and everything. I'll need all the help I can get. This thing has devastated us. I'll write more later.

Oh Ross it's so good to hear you're going to be OK and you're back home.

What a great way to start my morning knowing you're home. We missed you.
Take care of yourself
Earline

So glad you are home, Ross. Now concentrate on healing and gettting your strength back. We want you to stay there!

welcome home, dear Ross. we know how glad you are to be there. take a few days and don't worry about the bills until you are able to think about it. Those folks are not going broke, like you have, without your $. So just rest for now and don't worry til you are able.

You have been so missed, you know.

Well HELLO!!!!!
This is good news to get up to on this fine Saturday morning.:) I am SO happy that you are back home. I know, not half as happy as you are.:D
I hope this is the end of this problem.

Three Cheers, Ross is Home

Ross:

When I logged in today, I crossed my fingers and said, "Please, please, please let Ross be home and on the mend." So nice to see you back where you belong, Sunshine.

You have our wishes for a swift complete recovery.

Kindest regards,
Blanche and Al

What a wonderful relief to hear from you!! Please rest, now, and get your strength back. I'm sure you can get this all to work out with the hospital....they can't squeeze blood out of a turnip as the saying goes!! So just relax about all that and work on a strong recovery for now.

Thinking of you!! Please take care.

Hugs!

Marguerite
