thanks again everyone - last night I was having a hard time and my husband said to me, "Jo there are surgeries like this every day, even high risk like your dads, he will be OK". I cant believe its tomorrow. This morning he goes to have his INR levels checked and tomorrow morning we are to be at the hospital at 6am. I am packing this morning and heading to my folks. I pray for a good week.

Hey Everyone - my mom just called me, my dads INR is 1.1 - right where they want it to be for surgery tomorrow. They gave him a shot of Lovenox just now too, I am glad. Everything is ready to go, my hubby and I are packed up and leaving in a few minutes once we dig out cars out from the snow. I will try and log on later tonight. You probably wont hear from me till tomorrow night or later. Please KEEP dad in your prayers this week.

thanks again everyone, my husband brought his lap top to my parents tonight but i wont have access on it tommorrow night. I will try and log on from my parents PC or maybe the hospital has a cyber cafe. So, tonight was OK my dad is so positive he will be ok. He told us a few times tonight he will get through this. So my mind still wanders, I am thinking about him being incubated for the first time, and that is scaring the poopie out of me, yeah thats my newest worry...its always something with me...

Please continue to pray for my dad...I will try and log on tomorow night.
