How much warfarin do you take to get to an inr of 2.5 to 3.5?

I eat two huge salads at least twice a week now.

I just want to say I have proof of this, so its not just some random guy on the internet making unsubstantiated claims (I make that two now).

We occasionally exchange "salad pics"; and no that's not a metaphor.

Work with a % of YOUR weekly dose. I don't know why you would want a rapid increase but adding 10% of your weekly dose to a should bump you up.
If you are on 5mg (5*7 =35mg) so adding 2.5mg to 2 days (easier to break a pill)should raise your number and test again at week end.
