Hubby is down to 4 daily now, but at one point was at 13 daily. He's very happy to not have a pills for breakfast and oatmeal for dessert anymore. lol

Skyler(13yo) takes to much in my opinion, but his mother is a 'health consultant' who deals in natural supplements so it's hard to have any discussion otherwise.

Skyler takes:

1 Omega 3
3 Warfarin (10.5mg - Rx)
1 cal/mag (evening)
1 analapril (Rx)
1 Vit C
Vit D (liquid)
1 multivitamin
1 Co-Q10
1 Alpha-lipoic acid
1 probiotic
1 Aspirin (81mg)

At one time this was more than the 13 listed because the particular multivitamin required 6 pills/day, Cal mag was 2, and probiotic was 3...

Personally, I accept that certain pills are required (warfarin, analapril), certain may be helpful (probiotic, Omega 3), but that most of these supplements are better absorbed through a good diet.
