Take a deep breath and try to not notice them as much. Good luck with it all.
The one thing you cannot do is try to convince yourself you are not having arrythmias when you are. Best thing to do is to report them to your doc so at least he/she is aware of them and can either do an EKG or reassure you that they are relatively benign and THEN you can move forward and deal with them. I guess frequency and type of arrythmias I experience guide me whether I should pick the phone and report them to the doc or not.
