No, I haven't seen any surgeons yet. I was diagnosed in 1994 and my aortic valve is finally giving up so I have increasing regurg (+3). I just found out about this change a couple of weeks ago. I hadn't posted anything before- I was just reading everyone elses and wasn't sure where to post. I will take your advice though and start a new thread one of these days when I have some time.
I presume you can tell your regurg has worsened- I don't feel very bad or short of breath so it makes the thought of surgery seem unnecessary! Thanks for your response. SC
