Why, oh why am I a baseball fan (addict)? I stayed up until 1:45 a.m. watching the All-Star Game go 15 innings, only to see the National League lose its 12th in a row to the AL. Ugh! (They shudda left Albert Pujols in as DH -- he would have hit a game-winning HR long before the wee hours.
Worse, I scarfed up all the caloric goodies in the house, thereby making it unlikely that Superbob will record significant Throw Down progress this week.
Okay, Mary, just one day into a return to less-crazed eating and an extended tour on his exercise bike, and Superbob has shed 2.5 of those 3 pounds gained last week -- so don't count on him keeping you company this week!
