5 months after avr

Hi its been 5 months after AVR and this months are not easy for me and my family.
After the surgery i had high heart rate problem and i am on beta blocker 50 mg twice (metoprolol) and problem is not solved until they put me on Ivabrad 5 mg twice a day along with beta blocker.

Also Irritable Bowel syndrome put me on more medication and i loose a total of 22lbs after AVR.
But life goes on and finally I am thinking to continue my process of pursuing MS from Canada.
I am attaching my recent echo report and any advice to gain some weight and strength would help me alot .

Make sure you get a good night's sleep. Losing 22lbs is a lot, it may not be due to the AVR. You may want to ask the doctor who is treating your IBS. I don't know anything about echo interpretation.

Can I ask how high your heart rate was?

Heart rate was 110 -120 before medication and now with medicines 60-75.

Make sure you drink enough fluids, as dehydration raises heart beats. Also, lack of sleep.
my pulse remained high for a long time after my surgery but hardly went over 100. It dropped very slowly after several months.
