Whether you swim or hike doesn't matter much, you just need to get the job done.
I am 12 days postsurgery, and I feel pretty darn good. Remember that through your first 5-6 days and trust that better days are ahead.
You'll be in my thoughts and prayers.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. I must admit that the waiting is the worst part. I will have my wife update you all on my surgery. Thanks again for the kind words.

I'll be thinking of all three of you during the individual times of your surgeries! Best of luck to you all. While you are in the hospital recovering: once you are moving up and about, you might want to ask if they have internet access there for you to use.. I just left the hospital last week having OHS and two days later i was on thier computer..

It was nice to have myself actually get up and post.. it was my modivation for the day to get up and walk!!!

Best of luck to all three of you. Sorry to hear you are all facing the initiation phase of this "Club". As you have gathered from your readings, most of us here were more worried about the anticipation of surgery than the surgery itself. As Allstate likes to say: "You will be in good Hands".

We will send prayers and good thoughts for y'all. Look forward to the posting from the other side of the mountain/channel/hazing. We will sit here waiting for the "status report". If any of you are late we will send Ross after you .
