I had showed my family this site previously, in case anyone needed the family support area - now I showed them how much love and care there is for the 3 of us who are "up to bat" this week and that there will be encouraging postings for the folks next week - they were overwhelmed by the support. Many thanks.
As for internet access........I am in the hospital system where my husband works. He builds hospitals and specializes in the equipment that goes in them, along with the computer systems. This is the oldest hospital so it is not "wired" but he has already declared that he will find the closest hookup so you may see "john for jewel" up and running really early - certainly by the first 24-48 hours.
I do, however, like the idea of "visiting you all" on the internet as a motivation for me - that was another nice idea to add to the list you have already given me.
I'm ready to go - I just don't want to leave my kids for 5 days, but I look forward to being able to lift them and play with them on "the other side"
