    Sticking my head in the sand didn't work

    Hi John. I'm no doctor...My aneurysm was 4.7 cm and both my cardio and surgeon were really concerned about me going over 5 cm, that seemed to be the magic number for them. I would definately get another opinion. Seems too risky to me. Best wishes! Phil

    Anyone get FMLA paperwork fliied out by CCF?

    I downloaded the forms from my employer. There was a section for me to fill out and a section for the surgeon. The surgeon's office faxed the paperwork to the Leave Management Group of my employer and sent me the confirmation. Hope that helps.

    Day 21 Post Op Update

    back pain

    post op stuff

    I'm 2.5 weeks post op and have many of the same sensations. When I lay flat my heart feels like it is pounding. I checked and my pulse and blood presure are not increasing. Its very strange...My doc says is normal.
