Hi, I had my surgery on April 27th and came home May 1st. I had my pulmonary valve replaced with a cow valve. The Maze Procedure and my VSD calified patch replace.

I am recovering well. I am not in alot of pain that I thought I would be in. My legs hurts more than anything. They had to put me on bypass machine in my leg.

Just wanted to thank everyone for all the thoughts and prayers and helpful advice.

Welcome home! I had surgery the day after you did, and I agree, the pain is not nearly as bad as I feared. I hope your recovery continues to go smoothly.

Knew you'd get through with flying colours!! Congratulations on getting home - you must have been doing well to come home so soon.

Wishing you all the best for your continuing recovery.
