Since Cort "Knightfan" forgot to enter his anniversary...thought I would remind everyone.:)

Happy anniversay Cort! It's a good thing you are strong. You may need all that good strength for our next game of pool;)

Ok, this is where I "exit stage right"!

Congrats!

ROFLOL!

*blushes*

Shucks and I thought maybe the Mexican food and assorted beverages from Saturday night had made you forget, Gina ;). But, no need to exit :).

I appreciate the reminder, Gina. It's hard to believe it's been a year (as of Jan 6, that is) since my 3rd open heart surgery. Heh, a year ago tonight, I was 2 hours away from driving for the first time since driving to the hospital in the early morning hours of January 6, 2003.

*sighs*

What a year it has been! LOL!

And, no worries...I'll definitely keep that strength up for a next game of pool....which, btw, better be soon! We should have the next Chicago area gathering (which is what we had Saturday night at Perry's...thank you, Perry and Kathie :)) in/near Algonquin so we can go to that pool hall :).

Just not so sure I can keep the strength up when it comes to those work issues :(. But, time will tell, of course :).

And, Ross....thank you for that lovely banner :). You well-deserved that new toy ;).

Tried to let that one slip by, didn't ya?!

Happy Anniversary Cort!

Hey Cort,
Happy Anniversary! Glad to hear how well you have been doing.
I hear you still need a lesson or two on the pool game.:D
Take Care

An anniversary? My. . . How time flies.

Cort -- aren't you glad it is this year rather than last? I'm sure you feel lots better physically, and that can go a long way toward keeping the mind in good shape. Without health, the mind isn't as productive, may not be as positive.

Remember -- Where there's a will, there's a way.

Many, many more anniversaries, Bro!

Happy Anniverary Cort!

You know we congratulated you on Saturday. Did you really think all of us would forget to bring it up on here? US? Of course not!:D
May you have many many many more to celebrate!;)

LOL!

Karlynn,

Yeah, I tried to get it past ya'll, but no can do, I guess...lol!

Dave,

Thank ya :). Hmmm...as for those lessons, nah ;). I'm doing just fine :). I don't win many games, but I have tons of fun...I love the game...2nd to baseball, of course...LOL!

Steve,

Very true.... In the attitude/strength way, I'm very glad it is this year rather than last year. Yet, well, staying home all day has its benefits ;). LOL!

Lorraine,

LOL! Nah, I didn't think ya'll would forget...just wasn't sure if Gina was serious about posting...obviously, she was :) LOL!

Again...thank you all!!!!

Happy Anniversary, Cort. I hope you have a very very smooth year this year. I always read your posts even when I don't respond. I'm sorry you have been going through a rough time at work and I hope that situation rectifies itself too.

I'm not used to being "busy" anymore but this week has been very much so. You, however, seem to stay that way....maybe it comes with being young.:)

Have a wonderful year, Cort!

HFK,

Thank you :).

Betty,

Thank you.... And, I am the same with you...read your posts even though I don't respond often. I'm in hopes that the situation at work will soon be resolved...one way or another, but we shall see....

And, uh, young? Who me? ;) LOL! Seriously, staying busy it what keeps me sane...if that's even possible ;). [And, uh, no comments from the peanut gallery, alrighty? LOL!]

Hope your 2004 is good to you, too!

Cort..............

Cort..............

Keep up the good work......................happy anniversary and stay healthy!......................:D

congrats Cort,

The highway of life can be a bumpy road sometimes-- but keep on truckin!:D
You have a good attitude and I believe what a lot of people would say, "a keeper" Keep smilin kid:) :)

How nice to come home to more replies to this...! It's been a rough week, what with Dad's carotid artery surgery...he's fine...should be home tomorrow, but faces surgery on the other carotid artery in the coming weeks.

Sherrin,
Ahhh...thank you :). I'm lookin' forward to (hopefully) stopping to see you and your husband en route to (or from) TN this coming June...it'll be nice to see your husband's cars, too :).

Steve,
ROFLOL! I suppose I shoulda written "no comments from the Waiting Room", instead of the Peanut Gallery...! And, the answer is 5 :). But, you better be running elsewhere, because you've been kicked out of the garage ;).

Gisele,
Staying healthy, unfortunately, has been the tough part. Bunch of minor sicknesses here'n'there over the last few months, coupled with stress at work is not a good formula.... But, I'm doing better now (knock on wood)!

Mamsram,
He he he...darn right the road can get bumpy, but I thoroughly enjoy the ride...especially on the highway ;). Ahhh..."a keeper"...thank you :).

NO WAY, CORT!

You may be able to scrub the grease off the gearhead, but you can't keep 'em out of it forever. . . Even if you clean 'em up, they're still grease crusted gearheads at heart!

LOL, Steve. Yeah, I guess you're right.

*reconsiders*

All right, you can be in the garage...just know that you, bro, are on probation ;)

Sherrin,

Sounds good...congrats to her :). What is the job?

Did you ever get a chance to show Mike my "baby girls" via the website?

And...I kept those pics you sent me about a month ago.... You should post the pictures of your girls in the "Bachelor" thread.... I suspect I should "resurrect" that thread sometime ;). he he he
