Great suggestions, Natanni. I happen to love all products related to milk. A lot. Maybe I'd better try to lay off of them for the next ten days. I have been trying to blow my nose more gently. I'll try doing that without my mouth closed though; thanks. I also read that a person should never plug one side when they blow the other one. It's been tempting though because the worse blockage is on my left side. My husband sounds like a fog horn when he blows his nose and he nearly never has any sinus issues. Go figure!

And humidity can make a huge difference; can't it, Rachel?! I have noticed that I've felt much worse in our office when we have our little portable blowing heater on. Thanks for the reminder

And Bob, that sounds like an extensive surgery! Ouch! Hope all goes well for you. Take care.

Thanks again everyone. Lots of terrific suggestions and links on this thread.

I've been thinking...

There was a recent poll here in regard to what percentage of us with valve issues also have dental/gum trouble.

Due to the posts on this thread, I'm wondering what percentage of us with valve issues also have sinus trouble.

Could the two often chronic issues, sometimes closely related to each other, also be related to valve issues?

Might be interesting to do a poll on this question...
