I was 145.4 before bed. I woke up had my bm and after weighed in at 142.0

I will change my name immediately! But I must add some words of wisdom. When your Miralax kicks in do not eat at taco bell, I had one crunchy taco and I was very very sorry I did so. Yowzers my belly is upset. Also don't think that an hour after eating a taco bell taco do not believe it is still in your stomach and then take your iron supplement. But don't get me wrong I'm still happy to be the Queen of Poo

I tried the mixed berry activa today, just the regular kind not light or added fiber and it tastes pretty good. I finished my zpack and though it would be good to add some probiotics into my system. I also just ate a bunch of sauted mushrooms which I believe are high in potassium.
