Thanks about the soy.
I never go near the breakfast bars or carnation stuff. I didn't start reading here about ACT until I learned I was going for second OHS. Before that, I made no effort to learn re: coumadin as I didn't anticipate needing to know. I use soy milk in my cereal and eat a fair amount of it almost everyday. I like edamame, soy meatballs, soy nuggets, soy cheese etc My cardio urges a diet rich in soy and at his recommendation (over 4 years ago) I tried it and found I like it.
I read current threads but did not look back to old postings. That is probably why I missed the soy info.
