Well I'll be off here soon for my yearly Echo and then another to check the baby and see if it's grown any. I pray it hasn't. My worst fears have become reality, two teeth infected. I'm eating Amoxicillin and Darvocet and seeing a financial advisor on Tuesday. Still fighting with Medicare but this can't wait any longer. They have to come out asap.

Hi Ross,

Just want to wish you a successful day with "NO" surprises!

All the best, you will be in my thoughts.

Ross...hope they can get those teeth taken care of for you. I think most who have been through OHS now are completely anal about our teeth, I know I am.

Ross, I can't think of any better way to spend a day!;) I'm sure everything will be fine.

Good luck bro. Whatever the results are, I hope you find peace with it.

As for the tooth, just go get some 100lb test fishing line, wrap it around your tooth and attach the other end to a doorknob and have someone slam it shut. :D

Scott what doesn't make sense is, Medicare will now pay for dental extractions BEFORE avr. Not afterward, not even if it means getting infected. Once it becomes a crisis and has infected the valve, then they'll cover it because the valve will be getting replaced. Does this make any friggin logical sense? Oh well, got a lawyer on board now and hope to get it in front of an administrative law judge soon.

It certainly doesn't make sense at all. Hopefully the lawyer can get some relief for you. In the mean time good luck with your annual check up today and keep us posted.
