My purpose in this post is to say I?m sorry to anyone who has had a problem with any service from QAS. If any problem is still unresolved I offer my email address ([email protected]) to use if needed.

As the first US company in home warfarin testing/monitoring we support more home testers than any other but growth is a challenge. Working with medical insurance companies to get our customers covered is even more challenging!

Most problems boil down to communication. Our goal is to get your challenges addressed and questions answered with one call. We are far from perfect but believe me, our people really do care about our customers and they work hard to solve problems and make things run as smoothly as possible.

We are grateful to have access to a forum like this to obtain your feedback. Nothing is more important to the people of QAS than our customers. We will keep you posted as we work to improve.

Thank you Phillip/Mike. I try to steer people toward Lance if something is unresolved, but as you can see, it's usually pretty heated before I hear about it.

I bought my Protime .over 4 years ago from QAS...It is still working perfect. No problem..EVER..Only have to charge it..maybe... every 3 months. Quick charging...:) I am very happy with it...I also ordered my supplies from them..until last year..it became sort of a problem with medicare.....I decided to stay with QAS on my supplies..for they always arrived 2 days after I ordered them...:) Always packed in the nice box...and I could put them away in my downstair refrigerator......I decided to just pay for them....avoid the hassle with medicare....:eek: if they pay..they want you to test weekly, ect..No way..I want to be on my on....testing when I feel..like ....about every 3 weeks..Call my range into my Cardio's Office.Always in range...My Cardio's nurse will call me back..that same day..No charge from them...she always says..keep the same doseage..:) ..I am very satisfied with QAS..sorry others are having problems. Bonnie

I had an aortic valve replacement May of last year and of course, do take coumadin. I am interested in learning more about the home testing- any suggestions?

Mr. Visnich answered my email within 1/2 hour, took care of the issue and removed the negative feelings I had towards QAS. I hope things will stay resolved and I can move forward as a QAS customer.
