Anyone heard from Nicole lately??? I haven't been around much the last week or so (busy holiday season), but noticed she hasn't posted anything in quite awhile. I hope she's okay... If anyone knows anything, pass it on.

hello its me

hello its me

thank you for asking about me,I havent been feeling very well,I just cant get past this chf, im so swelled up and so congested, things have really been bad ,they rated my lung disease at stage 4 and this is not a good thing, they are still trying to treat my chf but we are not getting anywhere. my valves need to be fixed and the dr that was going to do my surgery backed out of it claiming it too much of a risk, and because this has been the third dr who has turned me away I do not know what else to do,my dr here is frustrated and so am i ,I only have enough strenght to get me through a day I need some help on how to find a good dr and one that will stick it out with me. well I guess i just wanted to check in I know i havent been on much ,but I have been feeling really discouraged and down and out ,all i want to do is feel better and I just cant find the right dr to help me.thanks everyone for thinking about me i go back to my dr on wed. maybe he has a plan

Well, I'm glad you're still able to read all the posts. I just wanted to make sure that you hadn't ended up in the hospital and no one knew about it! I understand being to tired to post much. Especially when you feel there is no new news.

Have you thought about checking out Mayo Clinic? They are tops (from what I hear) in heart surgery. Maybe one of their surgeons would be willing to give it a try? Or, didn't someone mention a doc who will operate on patients no one else will??? I don't remember who it was, but perhaps that is an option? I want so much for you to feel better! Has anyone discussed what might happen if you were unable to have the surgery? Are they just doing nothing, or exploring other options (I know "transplant" is a scary thing, but if it could make you better?)?

If there is anything I can do, let me know. I worry about you.
