It only took 3 months but my INR was right on this week! If this is how it is at 44, imagine how flip flop screwed up my INR will be when I get to be Ross's age.:D

Trolling again are we Mark? :D

The only thing I can figure with you and your INR is your activity level and diet. If you weren't running all the time, maybe it would settle into an evenflow? I'm just guessing like usual.

Your probably right OLD MAN! Pop Tarts on 4 hours of sleep don't cut it as I run out the door. My eating habit leave something to be desired.

Congrats Mark! Now... if you can only send those good vibes my way. Trying to do the proper thing by exercising...and it's messing me up!

Hi Gina,
For the first two and a half plus years, this coumadin thing overall had been breeze. Maybe just with age, (shut-up Ross) weight loss, eating habits etc., has thrown it off. My dosage has actually increased about a 1/3 in the last 5 months. I am supposed to be in the 2.5 to 3.5 range and I am now at 2.8. Hopefully it will stay that way and I have an extra .3 vibes sending your way! ;)
Keep up the excercise thing Gina. It sure does make you feel better.

Take care ... Mark
