OWI: Officers found a vehicle stopped in traffic on West Mason Street near Locus Street on Saturday. The driver appeared to be dazed and confused. When asked if he knew where he was, the man answered "Right here." The 27-year-old man was cited for operating while intoxicated.

Great minds think alike, cause that is exactly what I said when I was in the ER this past July.
The attending doctor ask me "do you know where you are?" and that's what I said, "I'm right here - can't you see me?" The doc smile a tad before asking me more dumb questions.
And I wasn't intoxicated
