Super Bowl

What is everyone doing for the big game. I am having my kids and their kids over for lasagna . We are invited to a party but don't feel like going. Rather see my own family. It is so cold here. If I put on anymore clothes, I will be like the kid in the Christmas Story. Supposed to be 12 below tonight and really cold tomorrow. My body does not like this weather. Hope you all enjoy the game. I just like the commercials and halftime.

Nasty here, too - but not as cold as further north.

We're having my daughter and son-in-law and grandsons over for chili and wings and anything else my hubby thinks is football food.

I like football a lot. Go Pats!

I am rooting for the underdogs - at least I call them underdogs because they have never won a Superbowl and have they ever been to a Superbowl? I don't recall. We go to a friend's house and enjoy all the company. The commercials are what I like. I am on weight watchers so will have to resist all the good munchies that I know will be there. Guess I will bring the veggies plate!

Last weekend was "Install the microwave", this weekend is probably "Climb into the attic, remove yellow-jacket nest, install new Halo lights."

I tried to get as much done as possible before I went for the surgery. It was impossible since I felt so lousy. No energy at all. I am doing more now than I did for the last 10 years. I have cleaned closets, basement etc. I am starting on kitchen this weekend. I can't believe what I have thrown away and given away. Hope you get done all that you want.

Well, since it's just the two of us this weekend---all our relatives are either in Florida or Cozumel....we're just doing chili and wings, too. It's ok, though.....we have lots to do before next weekends shows. A fire in the fireplace and staying home is fine with me.
