A repaired one. If a replacement is necessary she'll probably go CE Bovine.

Her family's from Parkersburg, WV and we've lived in Morgantown and Charleston (between 1995 and 2000). It's a pretty state, but we missed being near an urban center.

We've got the dentist form covered.

Greetings from Florida...

Cleveland Clinic required a dental visit and a release from the family doctor, both within 30 days of surgery. The dentist was quite impressed that Cleveland Clinic required this. A mouth can have all sorts of nasty bacteria in it and no one wants to be surprised with an infection.

Another idea is to get your hair cut taken care of. No need to look any shaggier. And it takes away one more concern that doesn't need to be there. I sure didn't feel like going to the barber until 4-6 weeks after surgery.

And this one might seem silly, but I also trimmed my fingernails. (Heck, you never know what you can do or not do after surgery......)

Hey, I even went to the foot clinic and got my gnarly feet cleaned a week before OHS! Didn't want cute nurses observing how gross my feet looked.
