Why was it for 3 months i sat here twidling my thumbs

with my surgeon and now all this paper work and appts.

not sure which way,my pay is gonna go,my unemployment

runs out feb and with mvs on Jan 8th give ir take a day,i'd

imagine, had to fill out for employment a disability benefit in

case i need it,filled out under work, filled out dental insurance forms,

filled out forms for sunlife as hubby was switched at work from great

west insurance,so my pills cost me 500.00 last month while they

swindled this change at work, but we get that back, but forms to fill

out for all this:eek: All before surgery preadmission and dental, and

some faxed back to my surgeon, some to take with me to surgery,

and appointments with my family Dr just to get all this sighned.

I never dreamt and under hubby's insurance i had to fill out forms

I never dreamt ther'd be so much to fill out before surgery and guess

with preadmissions etc can only start all these with a surgery date

I AM SO EXHAUSTED:rolleyes: and i'm not done yet:eek:

I sure don't recall this the 1st surgery,(in my denial):p

Sure hope i'm done soon, nope still my work called ,gotta go get

more forms ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh and a christmas gift i'm so excited

now to go:p:p so when i'm done all this form, paper someone will

pay me for my post surgery to sit at home (RIGHT)????:p:p:D

Have a good day while i get more paper cuts;)

Hey :D
Make some tea, sit down in a comfy place, put on some nice soothing music, then line up a couple of pens, and all that darn paperwork. I got writers cramps just reading about all you have to fill out . Good Luck to you. I look forward to hearing how great you are feeling once this is all over and done with.

Didn't you get the memo? Please fill out the TPS forms. Umm yeah, if you could do that for me please.....

In conclusion to all this added stress at 2oo pm my time 1pm alberta

time i missed 2 calls from my surgeon i had a dead cell phone from all

the crappy paper form stops i had to make, plus was at my Dr's office

with forms he has to fill out :eek:oh my god how could this happen?????

Any way surgeons office open till 7pm my time but the anxiety of what

OH boy, I Hope all is still going to work out for you.....
I didn't have to fill out much paper work for the surgery, but 4 months later when hubby got forced into early retirement, what a PILE of forms to fill out....it was unreal.

ZIPPER, need a up-date here.
Did you here back from the Doctor?

Make sure that cell phone of yours is CHARGED up!

no i haven't i left a message at 5 again my time and office closes

at 7 pm my time no callbacks as of yet.

So maybe it was a monitor check he said he'd be calling me and

monitoring my health till surgery quite often, told him in message

if its a cancellation for bed call me right away ,if its a checkup call

i'm still alive :p

I am going to use this advise while going through the papers/bills I am receiving after the surgery. So many and so confusing..or my mind is not functioning well yet.

Deb, I hope all will go well. Prayers:)

I'm so sorry to hear about your mountain of paperwork... when i read the title i had hoped you were in the states, but alas, you're right here in canada! i'll be starting trying to figure out the sun life, EI disability benefits, and sick leave through work.... now i'm dreading it! sounds like you're going to be an expert at it soon, any advice so far?

Sorry i'm so late update here Surgeons secretary phoned

didn't have a bed earlier it was moitering calls they are doing

daily regarding my condition and swelling from congestive hf,till my

surgery date Jan 8th so they will be calling daily to check-up

on me if condition worsens they will bring me in.

Paperwork is signed, sealed delivered and i don't wanna see any too

soon, got a start of a cold comming on but my surgeon said to try

and obstain from antibiotics if i can, they'd like me free of any med

if i can prior to surgery unless i feeli really need the antibiotic.

So chicken soup, vicks and bed for me ,i guess.

stilldreamin,i dont have any advise with paperwork all i know was

some of it i needed a definate date to give and that is why it took

till i had a date, which is :mad:ening. ill thats the scoop on the call

i missed yesterday and i am soon going to lie down, this start of a

cold is really draining me.
