I'm glad everything went well with you. I also hate needles. You wouldn't think so after all I've been through. I had to have a cat scan or MRI, I don't remember which, after my third heart surgery because of a hemothorax in my left lung lining. Anyway they tried to put a IV in to give me the iodine stuff. Well after 12 tries they finally gave up and did the test without it. I also had very tiny veins which would collapse when they tried to draw blood. They use a butterfly on me now (what they use on babies). I use to be real thin though. I'm 5'8" and my weight got down to about 105lbs. They thought if I put on weight it might help, and it did. I don't have near the problems I had before getting blood drawn or IVs.
