One Mile Timed run

Last track meet of the summer, Aug 10th, 8:35 mile. The heat and humidity had returned and it was quite uncomfortable so I was 7 seconds slower than last week, but still the 2nd best of this year. All in all it was a good series and even though I lost a lot of training time back in the spring this was my 21st race of the year. Coincidentally, my 21st race of 2009 was also on Aug 10 and I ended up doing 33 total.

Yeah, I'm not a natural athlete. I have to work hard for what I get. With that many races behind me I should be much faster.
