Not heart related...............BUT

I want to ask a question anyway.
This is kind of weird.
Even immediately after a bath or shower, I have developed a smelly armpit.
It is only on one side and has been going on for months.
I don't know whether to contact my dermatologist or PCP.
Has anyone ever had a problem like this.
I am asking on this forum because we have a lot of very smart members.

I would think PCP. There has to be a reason. Not sure I'd like to know, but you know what I mean.

I don't have the smelly armpit, but ever since my first surgery, I have a funny twitch in my left leg when I sit down in the evening or when I try go to sleep. I have asked my PCP, my rheumatologist and a neurologist about it and none or them have any idea. I guess these weird symptoms are a result of having our insides pushed around during OHS. It's the only reason I can come up with.

I did some research last night. I found some information which said to clean the area with a solution of hydrogen peroxide and water, about three parts water to one part HP.
After months of this today I don't stink !
Did it cure the problem ? I guess only time will tell.
