Well, tonight I spent quite a bit of time reading a web site about new drugs and treatments for heart failure. It was a well formated site and information was quite detailed....just my kind of site:) .

I kept reading on the site and came across, "drug therapy for cats".:D :D Somehow I had totally missed that I was on a veterinary medicine site. So, now I have to unlearn a few things!

Oh I don't know about that. You might come in handy for my little lovlies sooner or later. ;)

Hi Betty,

"Now that is funny.... I don't care who you are.. That' funny!" quote from Larry The Cable Guy

Thanks for giving me such a good laugh!

Betty:

Do you remember the website you were looking at? I'd be interested in checking it out. I have several shelves in my bookcase filled with veterinary textbooks. Don't have anything special on veterinary cardiology.

I've done the same thing, many times. Seems that about 10% of the articles relating to mitral regurgitation are about dogs.

Betty I'll be in touch if my dog has any valve problems!

Well that cracked me up!:D

The only thing funnier would have been if you'd printed it out and taken it in for your doctor to look at!!!

On the other hand, many of the medical procedures that are done on humans now, started out being done on animals for their well being. Hip replacements are a good example.

Marsha,

I can't locate the site on my history and I didn't save it as a favorite so I'm so sorry. If I run across it again I will definitely get the link for you.

That's really funny Betty.
On the other hand there are times when I think our vet knows more than some of our doctors.
That's scary!
