hey ross,
really? i logged in... and i was planning on logging out, just like before in the past....
did i do something wrong?
If you log in, you should stay logged in so long as you don't click on log out. If you do click log out, you have to log in with your user name and password each time.

Great Job !

Great Job !

At first I thought my computer had some problems, guess I wasn't quite expecting this.
This is one of the nicest formats I've ever seen. :D

You should not have to log in every time. Are you accidentally deleting your forum cookies? If not, it might be a good idea to delete all VR cookies and let this board put new ones on.

Ross - Will I have to log in each time that I want to access my User CP and to reply to a thread? It seems that I have to do that and then I'm not an invisible viewer anymore and I prefer to be invisible so I have to keep logging in and out.

Thanks, ~Susan P.S. I submitted my "story" but it's not on yet; any idea if it'll be on soon? Thanks again.

Yes you are invisible, I can't see you are you here? :D

To do anything such as play in the user cp or post, you must be logged in. You do not have to log out. The only time I would suggest logging out is if your on a shared or public computer where someone can just pick up where you left off as you.

I'm sure as soon as Hank has the time, your story will be posted. Hang in there.

Maybe you should both just visit the sex thread? :D

I like the new format too. It seems like there is much less wasted space on the pages and so far I haven't had any problems finding my way around.

I'm glad someone mentioned the "quote" button on PMs through because I'm sure that would have stumped me.

Thanks to everyone who worked hard on this.

I am sitting in the airport in Philadelphia so I decided to log in and see what is new. Wow this is a great upgrade and kudos to Hank and Ross, great job.

Flying back to Lincoln after spending the weekend with Linda's mom in New Jersey. Had some great Pizza, just can't get the same thing in Nebraska.

Alright, so I don't come by for awhile and when I come back everything is different! It freaked me out a bit. It looks nice, I just think it's going to take a while to get used to. You guys have been busy!

Rating..why is there a check beside some new posts..and why do I have the little star thing next to my name at bottom of homepage (forum) when I am online? Bonnie

Check beside new posts? I haven't seen any checks. You might want to refer to the bottom of a forum page for the legend on threads, maybe your speaking of an arrow?

The asterisk beside you is because your running in invisible mode.

What is a rating? and some posts have checks by them? Bon
Check beside new posts? I haven't seen any checks. Do you mean arrows? See the key at the bottom of a forum display page. If what your refering to as checks is indeed arrows, it represents threads that you've posted in.

How do I rate a thread?
You may find a small menu on thread pages which allows you to 'rate this thread' with a number between 1-5.

Casting a vote for threads you view is entirely optional, but if you think that the thread is superb, you might rate it as a 5-star thread, or if you think that it's unspeakably dismal, you might choose to rate the thread with a single star.

Once enough votes have been cast for the thread rating, you may see a set of stars appear with the title of the thread in the thread listings. These stars reflect the average vote cast, and can allow you to quickly see which threads are worth reading if you are on a very busy forum with a lot of threads.

Wow!

Wow!

Hank and Ross
That'll teach me not to check back here more often!! This is amazing! I even did a search, and found an OLD post I made in 2001, about "sick of being sick". I have had several people ask me for copies, and I didn't even keep one myself! You guys are GREAT! ;)
