Thank you. I read every Gerry Dorrian post! It looks like Dr Bavaria is a winner. I may want to get in touch with Gerry or David of Philly or JJ3. I'm not sure how often they enter this website since it's been 2 years since their surgeries. I will try to contact them through the means provided on this forum, although I'm not exactly sure how that works. Good day today - less symptoms than the last couple of weeks!
