Thank you Sylvia, I'm glad to be here!
I know by mentioning my past illnesses I sound horribly plagued and unhealthy, but most of the time I've been quite fit. I don't want to sound like a whiner. I've had a lot more good than bad things happen in my life. Funny, I've been reading the stories here and thinking "see, it could be worse!"!
You're right about being welcomed with open arms, it's a great feeling!
