Tuesday, at last! I called my good old Internist, who agreed that the aspirin was probably causing my bruises. He said, however, that the aspirin takes a week or so to totally leave your system, so I could still see some new bruising. He said my Friday blood test was all normal, except that my potassium was low. He suggested (and prescribed) some potassium pills. That also could help my bruising. The internist again encouraged me to leave that cardio and get someone I can trust to address whether I really need to take aspirin long-term.
