It's the size of the files. I looked at both and they are huge, maybe not in limit size but in pixelated size. 1600x2200 and such. I don't remember the exacts. If you both continue to have problems, please send them here and I'll resize them and send em back. If you send them to me, send the original sized ones.

This is my daughter (left) and my stepdaughter. Both are or were DIV I athletes. They clean up pretty good if I do say so myself.

What you have there is your entire scanner bed. You need to just get the picture and not everything else. You should be able to do that with the scanning program. What you have now is 1693x2326 pixels and what you need measures 439x636 pixels.

I've already copied and resized it if you want it, I'll send it or you can try to resize yourself. Just let me know.
