I am so sorry. Please know that many, many people are praying for your family tonight. We love you and are here when you need us. You have really had a rough couple of years. (I lost my brother and sister within a two year period, too, and it really sucked) Will the funeral be down here or will it be in your neck of the woods? Thank you all for your kind thoughts and your prayers. How very special you all are.

Nancy and I are having a little trouble getting used to the idea that we are without our brother, but we would not have him back here in the condition he was in - especially since we know that he is with Mother, Jackie and our dad. One of our favorite cousins passed last Saturday and we figured she just walked slow waiting for him to catch up and they walked on together.

We will have a memorial service here and his remains will be buried in the small town where our parents and other sister are.

I am keeping the poem - it's just lovely. And he is definitely a shining light.
