Actually it was a Harley dealer in Michigan...My 2003 Harley Hugger 883 is at the dealers and will be ready for me tomorrow and it is supposed to be sunny and close to 60 ! I am going to be sick tomorrow! I'm so excited.

Hi Jean

so you are a Harley Rider,

My husband Bill has a 94 Heritage softail which is our pride and joy,

We are shipping the bike to the USA in Aug 2003 for the Sturgis rally and the HD 100th Anniversary in Milwaukee

Have a great time when you pick the Harley up

Jan,

Thanks for your comments. Let me know how shipping your bike this way works out. We have seriously considered shipping ours to Europe. We have rented BMWs in Munich and toured the Alps and would perhaps like to have our bikes shipped over and tour on our own. I will be interested in your experiences.

By the way, I got home in time for a short ride. What a great bike. It feels like it is glued to the road. I have to keep the rpm below 2500 for the first 500 miles...sheer torture!
