Beef and Lamb are 3rd on the list with 0.86mg B2 per 100g of meat, or 1.51mg per steak. To get 400mg of B2 from meat you would have to eat 265 steaks, or roughly 100lbs of meat ... per day! I've only been taking one or two 100mg pills per day and it seems to be helping but really too soon to say for sure.
