Merry Christmas to all!!!!
School keeps me pretty busy. I still teach first grade and the kids are doing well. But it seems to take ALL my time.
I am sitting at home this morning. Not what I had planned for this holiday season BUT... the weather took care of my plans. I was going to MA to visit family until the ice storm and the snow scared me away.So I decided to stay here.I went to midnight mass last night, or should I say early this morning. Later today I will go visit some friends.
I will probably spend the rest of the break laying around reading and taking it easy. My left leg is pretty sore. I went to see the doctor last week and she thinks it is a sciatic nerve problem.

Merry Christmas from Puerto Rico. I am headed back to the mountains-and perhaps a few feet of snow-in a couple of hours. (Talk about an extreme change!). Call me crazy, but I can't wait to get back to the dry mountain air.
