Hi gang,

I just wanted to post and let you all know that my gram's wake and funeral were absolutely beautiful...I couldn't have asked God for any better weather than what we had those two days, and I got to really say goodbye to my grandmother in style because of it. What really made it special is that I got a ton of hugs from people that I have known all my life and that in itself has made this more bearable....I hope all is well with everyone, and when I am feeling a bit better than I am now, I will be back to visit with yall. That's what you needed Harry, family and love. It has a way of making wrong things right again.

So glad you had so much love and support, Harry. Keep dwelling on the good memories that were your grandmother's legacy.

Something I read:

Something I read:

I don't remember where I read this, but I saved the following in my journal:

"Life is eternal and love is immortal; and death is only a horizon, and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight." ?Rossiter W. Raymond."

so glad that all went beautifully. Isn't it sad that we see those long ago family and friends only at occasions such as this one. I know you enjoyed seeing all of them even under sad circumstances. We'll leave the light on for you when you are ready to come on home.
