I had minimally invasive surgery for my valve replacement and aneurysm. My scar is only 3.5 inches long. Healed up so well its hard to even see.

the presence of Bicuspid Aortic Valve (BAV) is in itself a metric for likely. As far as I know its a highly reliable predictor for "increase likelihood" ... as for "certainty" that can never happen without measurements. Such is the stuff that allows Casinos to make money.

Per Bicuspid Aortic Valve (BAV) is in itself a metric for likely, I was told a BAV means you have a higher chance of an aneurysm but it does not rise to "likely." I had a BAV and am not on any routine monitoring for an aneurysm.
