I just got the kettle bell two weeks ago, so I would have cardio workout for the winter. I did get to go from pcp doctor. She seemed happy, since to do the exercises, you must use your whole body, so I will be getting cardio-vascular workout. When I do start this, it will be a slow pace. Anyone thinking of doing this kind of thing, must get advice from your doctor before hand. I would do this to get a cardio-vasular workout along with other workouts, like walking in place and such. When you can't be in the cold air, best find ways to keep the heart strong. And I have weight to lose. But not to fast. Be careful when choosing a workout of anykind. Thanks for being here everyone. I will let you know when I start and how I do with it.
