I would say that getting rid of that marital demon was probably the best thing that happened to you. Now thie tobacco demon has to go,yes?--YES! JUst wanted to add that I started chewing sugarless gum, which had a calming effect when things got tense. It also meant I was being good to myself and spending money for pleasure. (my cigarette money)
