Just got a new date!

Wouldn't you know, went in for my pre-surgery "teach" today and upon coming out found out that the surgeon had something come up on the 10th. So now, I 'set' to go on 18 March. We'll see. I've been pretty cool up to this point, but today, this kind of got to me. Then I thought of all of you out there who have had longer and/or multiple delays and postponements and said to myself, "Dunk it isn't as bad as it could be, just be thankful you aren't in a critical situation." We'll handle this one step at a time and all the best of luck to the rest of you.

i can sure see why that is a disappointment. You get yourself all ready. Time to take some deep breaths and go on. My huaband is tired of waiting and hasn't even got near a set date yet.

The date's been changed on the calendar. I just went in and hit "delete" . . . don't you wish you could delete the whole darn thing?

You're now one day after me! I totally understand your frustration at your date being changed. I am SO wanting to get it over and done with that I am going to be really upset if mine gets changed for some reason. Hope this day is the day for you!!

Sorry to hear about the delay. I know how it feels as I was "bumped" literally the day I was at the hospital for my pre-admission. When I returned home from it there was a voice mail message advising my surgery was cancelled and to call to reschedule.
