Well, here's the latest on Joe. He's still in the hospital and the cause of the extremely high temp. is still a mystery. Every test they have run on him so far has come up negative. They even did a colonoscopy today on him to make sure there wasn't something there, nope, healthy as a horse in that area. The temp has returned to about normal, but he's also on Tylenol and antibiotics.

So the next step is to take him off antibiotics and see if the temp returns.

He's got everybody's head scratching! But I'm glad that so far things have checked out OK.

HI NANCY....GLAD TO HEAR JOE HAS HAD BOTH ENDS CHECKED OUT....HOPEFULLY THE FEVER WILL BREAK SOON AND THEY'LL SHIP HIM HOME....THEN HE CAN WHEEL YOU AROUND IN YOUR RECLINER!!!! YOU'RE IN OUR PRAYERS. EVELYN AND TYCE

Joe gets sprung tomorrow. His temp is good. He'll be on antibiotics for a little while longer, but he feels so much better, still weak, but better. He's so happy to be coming home, and so am I. So he's got the rest of the summer to fully recover.

The hospital is getting very "old".

Hi Nancy and Joe,

So very sorry to hear the latest news, but glad that you will both be home soon. It has been such a long ride for you with all of the follow-up issues.

We will continue to pray for you both!
